No mystery bundle. No unnecessary services.

We define what is included before work begins, explain why it matters, and keep priorities tied to the restaurant’s actual goals.

01 · ASSESS

Understand the current position

Review visibility, conversion, reputation, and follow-up before prescribing work.

02 · PRIORITIZE

Choose the highest-value work

Build a scope around the clearest gaps and opportunities—not a generic checklist.

03 · EXPAND

Add support when it earns its place

Broaden the program only when the business case and operational capacity are clear.

Know what the price does—and does not—cover.

Final scope is confirmed in writing before an engagement starts. The Foundation plan is intentionally narrow; larger implementation work is quoted separately.

The $300 Foundation is a focused monthly service

It covers the listed review, prioritization, core information updates, one agreed improvement, and a short performance summary for one restaurant location.

Large projects are not hidden inside the monthly fee

Advertising spend, photography, full website builds, custom software, large content programs, and paid third-party tools are excluded unless separately scoped.

Results are measured, not guaranteed

Rankings, recommendations, reviews, reservations, and revenue depend on competition, operations, platforms, demand, and other factors no agency controls.

Terms should be clear before payment

The proposal should state the location count, deliverables, approval responsibilities, billing cadence, cancellation terms, and any third-party costs.
